This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a world renowned building services provider on a highly regarded state of the art contract. Our clients are looking to expand their team by adding an experienced and motivated Electrical maintenance Engineer. Our clients pride themselves on upskilling their engineers and providing training and the opportunity to internally grow within the business.To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition regulations as a minimum), at least 3 years experience within building maintenance and a client facing attitude.Job Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
- Qualified in Electrical Installations - City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition regulations as a minimum
- At least 3 years experience in building maintenance
- Client facing attitude
- Ability to carry out non electrical related duties (General building services)
- Apprentice trained + 18th Edition would be desirable, not essential
- £41,000 - £43,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm) and (10am - 7pm)
