The Associate Director will lead the Accounts & Tax team for their new offices in Berkshire.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing an small established Accounts, Tax and Bookkeeping team
- Managing an established general practice client portfolio providing Accounting, Tax and Advisory services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring the provision of high-quality professional services to clients and compliance with legal, ethical and statutory regulations.
- Drive efficiency and profitability, ensuring best practice and utilising technology
- Training and support of junior staff; leading the development and progression of the team
- Supporting with business development and the growth of the firm
Profile
The successful applicant will have:
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in Accounts & Tax within a professional services firm
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Salary £70,000-£75,000
