We are searching for an impressive candidate with Corporate Finance/M&A experience to join a well-established Company in Berkshire. This opportunity has excellent additional earning potential (recently to c£75k Ote) per annum on top of base and focuses on the SME Market. Offered on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate will be dealing with a broad range of responsibilities. Our client has recently won a prestigious 'Business of the Year’ Award and is a positive and supportive place to work, where individual contribution is highly valued. The business also supports a range of charitable causes, which is a key part of their ethos.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing sell-side multi-sector clients, preparing for transactions

  • Transaction management including overseeing research, financial analysis, due diligence, terms, prospect meetings and legalities

  • Advising clients through private equity-based deals

  • Business Development including pitching and converting

  • Development of Marketing strategies and testimonials

  • Coordinating regularly with all parties

  • Project management of internal team throughout transaction process

Requirements:

  • Experience as a key member of M&A Lead Advisory/ deal negotiation team meetings

  • Ability to assess saleability of a business - valuation techniques

  • Active project management of sell-side Client relationships

  • Proven track record in Business Development

  • Strong integrity and interpersonal leadership skills

  • Financial/Data analysis experience

Currently living in or close to Berkshire with own transport
