As the Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading audits from planning through to completion, managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors. You will also support junior members of the team, assist with training and development, and liaise closely with partners and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience managing audits and strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Reviewing audit work and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Assisting with business development and contributing to internal projects
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong audit and technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
