- Leading and developing your team, mentoring juniors, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Presenting at client audit committee and board meetings.
- Spotting and seizing business development opportunities.
- Attending networking events to build your profile and relationships.
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Audit experience within a professional services firm, ideally at Manager level.
- Strong client-handling skills and a track record of delivering high-quality audit work.
- A problem-solving mindset - if you see an inefficiency, you fix it.
- Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
