The role has a particular focus on clients engaging in M&A activity, and as such will present an exciting and progressive role for any tax professional interested in that aspect of the role.
With a strong presence in the Thames Valley and Southern regions, our client has grown substantially and established itself as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals, offering the expertise and knowledge of a larger firm while maintaining the personalised service of a regional practice.
This role will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from technology spin-outs to international groups across various industries. A fantastic chance for an ambitious individual to enhance their tax expertise while benefiting from significant career progression opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified
- Demonstrable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Strong corporate tax technical skills
