Client Manager

Senior Accountant - ACCA / ACA Qualified Reading based Part or Full time £35,000 - £55,000 per annumButler Rose are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a qualified ACCA / ACA accountant to join a well-established and growing firm in Reading. This role will independently manage a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, completing year end and management accounts preparation, corporation tax, personal tax and a small amount of audit preparation. (10% audit). This role has come about due to company growth and will support the Managing Partner with the increasing number of clients. Benefits:

Requirements:

• Ideally you will be ACCA / ACA qualified but nearly or newly qualified candidates will be considered dependent on previous experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years' experience working within a UK accountancy practice is essential.
• Some audit experience is required.
• Experience managing a portfolio of varied clients, completing accounts preparation and the associated tax work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to work closely with clients.

Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of varied accounts clients.
• Prepare year-end and management accounts, corporation and personal tax.
• Liaise with clients directly to answer financial queries and review accounts.
