Client Manager Hybrid working Reading based Salary up to £75,000We are seeking a highly skilled and ACCA qualified Client Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our practice. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with clients, offering strategic advice to support their business objectives.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and offer proactive advice.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Requirements:

• ACCA qualification is preferable but ACCA finalists will also be considered (1-3 exams away from qualifying)
• Proven experience in a client management role within a chartered accountancy practice is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to client challenges.
