Our client is a small but very well organised Midlands based Corporate Finance House, that has seen year on year growth in deal activity. For this reason, they are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Director or experienced Associate Director to assist in the growth of a new Reading office.
They are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants (most likely but not essential) with a number of years post qualified experience in a deals environment, a developed network and demonstrable track record, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in Reading. You will play a key role leading a team with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.
The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA (most probably) within a large firm and will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance or investing or another Deals environment. Coming into a smaller organisation individuals will show an entrepreneurial flare with the ability and desire to be active in the Reading, Thames Valley or London markets, and be proven work winners, particularly the more senior you are.
