Our client is a successful business advisory firm and INrecruitment are now recruiting an exceptional corporate finance professional to be a senior member of our clients extremely successful corporate finance team.

The Role.

The successful Corporate Finance Director/Associate Director will be responsible for advising SMEs on a range of transactions across the mid-markets, as well as being the focus for all parties involved in transactions.

This is a role for an experienced corporate finance professional, as you will take responsibility for the full range of activities leading to the successful completion of the transactions. As a senior team member you will also work closely with a Partner to support them in both lead generation and deal execution.

This role attracts a lucrative bonus.

The Person.

As a Corporate Finance Director/Associate Director working as a senior member of the team, you must have a strong background in corporate finance with at least four years corporate finance experience within a major accountancy practice, corporate finance boutique, or investment bank.

You will also need to have a positive work ethic as well as the appetite to learn and develop.

Chartered accountant qualifications are not as important as your relevant experience and personal qualities, such as excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and highly-developed technical skills and commercial awareness.
