In this role, you will take a hands-on approach in supporting corporate finance transactions and providing high-quality financial services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with business owners and internal corporate finance specialists on buy-side and sell-side assignments.This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about corporate finance to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of transformative projects for a diverse range of clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial analyses for potential acquirers and investors, including both historic and forecast data.
  • Manage data requests, ensuring efficient collation and interpretation of information.
  • Conduct purchaser research as part of sell-side assignments to identify suitable buyers.
  • Support the collation and presentation of financial data during the due diligence phase of transactions.
  • Coordinate the project management aspects of transactions, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Contribute to in-depth commercial investigations of client businesses, focusing on market sentiment, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Experience:To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree-qualified with ACA or ACCA accreditation.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in corporate finance.
  • A foundational understanding of corporate deal structures, transaction processes, and requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with business owners and corporate finance professionals.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
