We are looking for a Finance & Credit Control Manager to join a small multi award winning commercial SME business with a solid reputation based in Reading. This opportunity is ideal for a well-motivated candidate looking to lead a small Finance team in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports
  • Prepare budgets and projections
  • Leading a small, reporting team
  • Management of KPI metrics and analysis
  • Oversight of inventory/order/accountancy systems and software
  • Monitoring financial operations within the company, including invoicing and other transactions
  • Payroll coordination and management
  • Managing credit control processes through to escalation

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant preferred
  • Experience of leading a Finance Team within a smaller business
  • Payroll Management and Credit Control experience
  • Microsoft Office skills including strong Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
