Finance Manager

Finance Manager - Reading - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

IN2 Consult are partnering with a central Reading SME client on the recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their team.

The key duties of this Finance Manager role include:

• Driving process improvement 
• Consolidation of key entites
• Ownership of the month end process and close
• Implement changes and improvements for month end/ Ledger
• Presenting Month end and actuals v forecasts to senior stakeholders.
• Management of a couple of Management accounts and an AP Manager.
• Assisting the FP&A function with annual budget preperation

The desired candidate for this Finance Manager role should have the following experience:

• Proven track record mid level Finance Management
• SME background is preffered, but not essential
• 3+ Years of Month-end management accounting experience including balance sheet reconciliations
• Exposure to supporting year-end accounting processes 
• Advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure to audit preperation/partnering
