Reading (Hybrid Model)£75,000 + 15% Bonus

Role overview:

You will be responsible for managing and optimising finance systems used in the company.You will take ownership for the maintenance and update of the company's finance master data including the chart of accounts, profit centre structure and cost centre structure.

THE ROLE:

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of finance systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the finance and operational teams regarding system-related issues.
Streamline and enhance the chart of accounts in line with the strategic direction of the Group.
Conduct a critical review, reduction, and continuous maintenance of finance master data objects, including cost centres, profit centres, and trading partners.
Establish and manage finance data management processes, procedures, rules, and standards to ensure data quality.
