Our client is a growing leisure facility who seek to hire a Finance Manager for 2 days a week. The Finance Manager will oversee the finance function and work closely with the General Manager and Heads of Department. The role will deliver value add insight supporting revenue and margin growth coupled with strong financial controls across all departments.

Responsibilities:• Compiling and reviewing the monthly management accounts • Conduct detailed P&L analysis, providing insightful commentary on revenues and costs.• Collaborate with General Manager and Heads of Department to review and discuss their P&L performance.• Monthly cashflow forecasting • Owning and managing production of the budget with ongoing variance analysis.• Overseeing the production of the year end accounts and schedules for the auditors.• Prepare, review, and approve balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring prompt resolution of reconciling items and driving ongoing process improvements.• Manage all aspects of Tax compliance, including VAT reporting and returns• CAPEX reporting and analysis

A pro rata salary of c£50,000-60,000 is on offer plus benefits.
