Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Berkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a specialist practice in Berkshire. Applications are welcome from NQ Solicitors through to Grade A Litigators.

The Successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will offer previous experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters, and have a passion for gaining the best possible outcome for their Clients.

The Role

  • Managing own caseload acting for claimants in moderate to high-value Clinical Negligence matters
  • Working within procedural and funding guidelines
