Office based

Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 and Saturday on a rota basis 8-12 noon (2 Saturdays a month)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys a busy pace of work and delighting customers. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with previous experience of working on a service desk for a motor dealer, or a transport supervisor/manager. We are also open to workshop controllers who have worked within a dealer network.


Your role:

* Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT's, PMI's and other general maintenance for customers
* Liaising with our technicians and external garages
* Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up
* Managing breakdowns for customers
* Customer Onboarding: Arrange terms and conditions for new clients.
* Documentation & Compliance: Gather 3rd party insurance and compliance documentation as needed
* Record-Keeping: File remittance advice notes and maintain organised records

The person:
* Relevant experience in similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills
* IT literate, confident using MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
* Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
* Customer service skills
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
* Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
