Our client based in Reading is currently seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative.
This role focuses on proactively promoting a range of ICT, Content Services, and Managed Print Solutions (MPS), driving sales growth in both existing and new business across various market sectors (Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and exceed monthly targets for ICT, Content Services, and MPS solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Focus on new business acquisition and renewals within existing accounts.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and utilize resources for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales opportunities.
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in ICT, MPS, or similar solutions with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver customer value.
- Knowledge of leasing, deal construction, and cross-selling.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work towards KPIs.
