Huntswood is looking for experienced pension/investment complaint handlers to expand our existing pension sale / ongoing advice review project.
It is imperative that you have both proven Pension/Investment Complaints experience, as well as the Level 4 qualification or similar.
Starts: Monday 20th January 2025
Location: Working from Home
Rate: 270 per day
Duration: An initial five-month contract
Husp only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via the Husp umbrella company, we can assist you with this.
You will have:
- Demonstrable pension/investment complaint handling experience
- DipFA / DipPFS Level 4 qualifications, or similar
- An understanding of the advised sales process would be advantageous
- End-to-end complaint handling experience
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
