This contractor operate across residential, education, commercial and healthcare sectors. This is a new build RC frame development valued well over 100Mil. Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering new build RC frame developments valued over 80Mil
- Tier-1 contracting background/experience
- Longevity within roles on the CV
- The contractor are seeking a natural-born leader who takes pride in the work they deliver
Responsibilities:
- Project planning
- Budget management
- Programme management
- Team co-ordination (operations, design & technical, commercial)
- Risk management
- Procurement
- Regulatory compliance
- Quality control
- Client/stakeholder management
- Health & safety management
- Overall responsibility for the project in it's entirety
- Reporting to Construction Director
