Sales Administrator, Reading
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Dealing with customers by telephone (incoming and outgoing) plus email and Teams
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Searching, coding and updating the CRM system
- Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking key performance indicators.
- Respond to customer queries, providing exceptional service.
