We are seeking an exceptional administrator with previous experience in sales operations to support our client during a 12-month maternity leave. The successful candidate will support the Sales Director and team in ensuring efficient operations, accurate sales data management, and proactive project coordination. This role involves data manipulation using Excel and management of PowerPoint presentation slide decks, as well as other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, including internal team meetings, client meetings, and quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare and maintain PowerPoint slide decks, containing up to date sales data for accurate data insights
  • Ensure slide decks are visually engaging, easy to understand, and tailored to the specific audience
  • Collate meeting agendas and materials ahead of sales meetings
  • Minute-taking and distribution of agreed action points
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in Excel, manipulating the data into readable formats such as charts and graphs
  • Generate and analyse CRM sales reports, dashboard and KPIs to provide insights on performance
  • Provide project management support to the sales team, ensuring agreed budgets and timescales are kept.
  • Responsible for the management and control of the sales budget, ensuring any issues are highlighted to management and suggesting cost efficiency ideas where appropriate.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team when required; invoicing, typing, filing, etc

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous project management support within a sales function
  • Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional organisation abilities
  • High level of numeracy with excellent attention to detail
