The role consists of providing students with consistent support to help them approach varying challenges and difficulties they may be facing. Working with vulnerable students who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and helping them to process their thoughts and emotions will give you an insight to how prevention and support can help young people stay out of the criminal justice system.
