The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced HLTA who is confident in leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher. The successful candidate will:
Deliver high-quality learning experiences, ensuring high standards across the curriculum.
Provide effective support and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enhance pupil progress.
Be proactive in contributing to the school's positive and inclusive ethos.
What We're Looking For:
A relevant HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience working in a junior school setting.
Strong ability to lead lessons and manage the classroom independently when required.
A passionate and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.
A commitment to maintaining our high standards of teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
