The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced HLTA who is confident in leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher. The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences, ensuring high standards across the curriculum.

  • Provide effective support and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enhance pupil progress.

  • Be proactive in contributing to the school's positive and inclusive ethos.



What We're Looking For:

  • A relevant HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience working in a junior school setting.

  • Strong ability to lead lessons and manage the classroom independently when required.

  • A passionate and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning.

  • A commitment to maintaining our high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
