We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to join a growing organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. This role reports to the Head of HR and will focus on supporting managers, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice on employee relations and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Ensure HR policies comply with employment law.
- Support leaders with people management and talent strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven HR Manager experience, preferably in healthcare, tech, or similar sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (preferred).
