Internal Recruiter (Part time)

We are seeking a hardworking, ambitious and motivated Internal Recruiter on a Part Time basis starting asap.

As a company, we are on a mission to expand our sales team and continue to provide the latest technology skill sets to our many clients, thus we require an experienced Internal Recruiter who is passionate about building internal teams and capable of spearheading our plans for ambitious growth.

Based in our modern, Reading Town Centre office, you will be working alongside the Management team sourcing, interviewing and onboarding top talent for IT Talent, (Juniors and Seniors), advertising our job opportunities, networking and headhunting to achieve your own individual sales targets.

The role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a sales role and target driven environment without the end client sales and who also take pride in nurturing and mentoring new recruits.

Ideally some experience is required, however full and comprehensive training is provided with financial rewards and commission.
