Your Role:

As the Business Development / Pre-Construction Manager, you will be the face of the company. Representing them at client meetings, industry events, and across various platforms, youll leverage your expertise in the remediation, waste, and geo-environmental sectors, as well as their extensive client network, to unlock new opportunities and partnerships. You will also play a key role in the coordination and submission of industry-leading tenders, collaborating with technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure the best results.

What Youll Be Doing:
  • Developing Strategies: Youll create and execute business development strategies that will drive growth and enhance the company's presence in the remediation and geo-environmental sectors.
  • Building Relationships: From attending industry conferences to tapping into the companys vast network, youll forge and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
  • Leading Tender Submissions: Youll take charge of the entire tender process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure all submissions are of the highest standard and align with company values.
  • Promoting the Company: Youll actively promote the company across various social media platforms, keeping them front-of-mind in industry discussions.
  • Driving Growth: Using your expertise and proactive mindset, youll identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring continued leadership in the market.
