Role Overview:
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing IT professionals across a variety of technical roles. You will work with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements, and you will have the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT recruitment needs.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates for a range of IT roles, from developers to project managers and everything in between.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and negotiation.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salaries, and recruitment best practices.
  • Work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
