The ideal D365 support consultant should have:

  • Navision / Business Central experience.
  • Knowledge within Finance.
  • Be able to manage service desks (you will be working alongside 2 other SC's)
  • Experience with ticketing.
  • Have confidence with escalating issues.
  • Experience with small enhancements, configurations, DevOps back logs.
  • Able to commute on site at Reading on the occasion when requested.
