The position requires a Cisco Technologies knowledge at the CCNA level, but valid certifications are not necessary as complete technical training will be provided.
The total compensation for the role can go up to £55,000, including a shift allowance, and the role involves 24/7 support with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
No specific experience with all technologies is required, as the client is flexible and willing to allocate roles based on the candidate's experience.

You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting incidents. As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing critical support. You will be the engineer supporting WAN/LAN Networks and Security products ensuring timely resolutions.

Cisco Technologies - CCNA Level

Do not need valid certifications

Complete Technical Training - CCNA / CCNP

Looking for a range of skills - So depending on experience the client can allocate accordingly!

Shift Work: 24/7 Support Team - 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern
