We're looking for a dynamic IT Operations Manager, with mobile telecoms experience, to lead a diverse team and optimise data operations across key services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance.
- Use your expertise in mobile telecoms IT systems (BSS/OSS) to deliver actionable insights that enhance billing, contact centers, retail operations, and more.
- Conduct statistical data analysis and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights inform operational and strategic plans.
- Create comprehensive reports that evaluate end-to-end service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- TELECOMS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in managing diverse teams and driving performance to achieve business outcomes.
- Will have a high level, broad end to end understanding of our business and its operational performance; be able to demonstrate knowledge of working in a service orientated environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex operational data in simple terms; your "data story" should resonate with both leadership and non-tech stakeholders.
- Strong experience with reporting tools and scripting languages such as Helix, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
