The main purpose of this role is to sit within the sales support team to bridge the process between sales and operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CRM system and making sure proper utilisation by all users and updating the CRM
  • Supporting communication with customers both inbound and outbound by telephone or email
  • Liaise with vendors to provide quotes for the sales team
  • Preparing Sales Quotes
  • Answer sales queries on price availability and specification of equipment
  • Processing purchase orders received
  • Will have good standard on Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Excellent Administration and Communication skills
