As a result of our success, we’re looking for an IT Technician to join the Data & Infrastructure team. The role will combine elements of infrastructure support with data analysis to create an exciting and engaging position within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and assistance to all Clarify employees
- Diagnose, repair, troubleshoot and maintain laptops and software
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets
- Priority support for VIP end users
- Setting up kit for new starter
- Deploying new software
- Asset management
- Networking support
- Supporting our IT Manager in maintaining the efficiency and optimal performance of various hardware / software systems and applications
- Assisting users with installations
- Support of Clarify’sSalesforce instance including importing data, reporting requirements etc
- 1st line Sales Operations support, assisting our existing team with capturing, manipulating, and presenting data.

- Ideally, the candidate would have some experience in a previous IT support role
- Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous (e.g. VLOOKUPs)
This role will require 2 days per week in our Theale office
