For over 30 years, it has developed innovative, patient-focused therapies, providing high-quality treatments and supporting clinical trials in over 30 countries.Your new roleThe IT Business Partner will bridge the gap between IT and business operations within the Company.This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to translate business needs into effective technology solutions, while also contributing to various IT initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives.What you'll need to succeedEssential:

• Experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA.
• Broad IT technical understanding with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Awareness of GxP regulations and system validation.
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills.

Desirable:

• Good understanding of GxP practices and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Familiarity with Prince2 & Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of change management best practices.
