Credit Control Administrator

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is looking for a dedicated Credit Control Administrator to join their dynamic team in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Credit Control Department while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Your Mission:The Credit Control Department is dedicated to achieving the goals set by senior management, focusing on aged debt and claims within the UK and IE receivable ledger. As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated selection of accounts efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the Collection Team in France to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilise the dispute module to secure full approval for all claims, excluding commercial returns and pricing queries.
  • Credit claims and close disputes with precision and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external contacts to investigate and resolve queries related to claims and accruals.
  • Clear RFC credit orders issued by Cycleon within the target date each month.
  • Assist the Credit Manager with various adhoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A solid understanding of credit control procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that can engage and inform.
  • A tenacious and meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other computer software, with knowledge of SAP being a plus.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
