Key Responsibilities of an assistant cook:

  • Collaborate on seasonal menus, considering residents' input, cultural backgrounds, and dietary requirements.
  • Deliver excellence during meal times, enhancing the dining room experience and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, ensuring food standards and health & safety regulations are met.

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:

  • Must hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
