This well-regarded national law practice is looking for a qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its established and highly regarded private client team. You will be a specialist contentious probate lawyer in the contentious inheritance division of the team.
Your workload will include all aspects of contentious trust and probate work.
You will be helping individuals who are seeking to challenge or defend the validity of a will, bring or defend a claim under the Inheritance Act, protect their interest in an estate, or have been excluded from an estate. You will have the expertise to guide clients through the litigation process.
You will also be able to help with lifetime claims, such as actions against trustees, disputes concerning deputyship, financial abuse and professional negligence claims.
