Corporate Associate Solicitor

Our client has one of the largest national corporate teams in the UK with its national Corporate team advising on 1 in 35 of all corporate transactions in the UK.  The firm's accomplished national team enables it to offer a partner-led approach on every corporate transaction. The team consistently act as trusted advisers for clients in sectors as diverse as manufacturing and retail, recruitment and education.

The firm’s office in Reading is seeking a Corporate Associate Solicitor or Senior Associate to join the expanding team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be ideally 3+ years PQE.

In the main, you will be dealing with: 

• Business ownership disputes
• Directors’ duties & corporate governance
• Employee ownership trusts
• Equity capital markets
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Private equity
• Transaction support & due diligence

The ideal candidate will be keen to develop their skills in this area within a leading national team, interacting effectively with colleagues and clients at every level and actively engaging in business development as and when needed.
