The firm is renowned for its balance of high-quality work and clients while cultivating a collaborative and supportive working environment.Role OverviewThe Corporate Solicitor will be involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on complex corporate matters, including private equity, M&A, and restructuring
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of corporate documents
- Building strong client relationships and providing strategic business advice
- Collaborating with cross-departmental teams and supporting senior solicitors on high-value transactions
- Contributing to the growth of the practice through business development activities
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in corporate law, ideally gained within a recognised corporate team
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- A proactive approach to business development and client management
