This established Thames Valley-based Employment Law firm is expanding and seeks a dynamic Employment Lawyer to join its team. You will work with employers and executives across a variety of sectors, including Education, Software and Retail.
Your Role:
- Provide expert employment law advice to both employers and employees
- Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases and High/County Court matters
- Offer counsel on non-contentious employment matters, such as drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures
You:
- Proven experience in contentious employment matters
- Ability to manage both litigation and advisory work
- Familiarity with Employment Tribunal and Court Procedures
- A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
