We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our client in Reading. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide crucial administrative support, helping legal professionals perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Assisting in the preparation and management of case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Handling enquiries, scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the legal team
- Conducting legal research, managing records and ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Performing general office duties, including diary management, filing
- and travel arrangements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar administrative role in a law firm is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
