We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a company hosting a major event in India. This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity based in Playhatch for the next 4-6 weeks with potential to go permanent!
Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Playhatch (Hybrid - opportunity to work from home)
Duration: 4-6 weeks with potential to go permanent
Start Date: Immediately.
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour - Umbrella
Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with speakers and delegators attending the event.
- Updating records on the company’s CRM system.
- Utilizing applications such as Airtable, Excel, and Google Docs.
- Ad Hoc admin / PA tasks
