Join Our Team as an Office Assistant!Â

This is a temporary role for 2 - 3 months, with opportunity to also go for the permanent position further down the line.Â
 What You'll Do:
- Daily replenishment of kitchens, (snacks 2 days a week), and fill the printer with paper.
- Empty and fill dishwasher
- Cleaning of the coffee machine
- Milk and fruit delivery to be sorted (2 days a week)
- Daily/ weekly housekeeping checks, rectifying issues where possible and / or escalating to the manager or the building manager
- Daily/weekly inspections for general tidiness and cleanliness, flushing of the shower to prevent legionella.
- Monitoring and maintaining stationery and office stock levels, ordering when required
- Sorting, processing, and distributing all incoming post
- Collecting and processing of internal and out outgoing post/UPS
- Placing call-outs to contractors
- Escorting trade person around
- Working with Apex for office repairs
- Maintaining security passes for access control & creating reports via the door iPad entry system, when necessary
- Re-configuring the meeting rooms, which will entail moving furniture such as tables, chairs, and partitions
- Receiving visitors, making them welcome and comfortable, offering refreshments (and making these on occasion), informing hosts of their arrival, and giving reminders to hosts, as necessary
- Co-ordinating the room layout and provision of all necessary crockery, cutlery and drinks, etc if needed to be placed in meeting rooms
- Maintaining the appearance of the meeting rooms, especially after meetings, and ensuring crockery and cutlery are placed in the dishwasher for future use.
- Accepting and managing bookings for meeting rooms, maintaining the electronic booking system and wall iPads.
- Distribution of all Reception deliveries to the intended associate.
- Purchase of sandwiches/fruit for lunches in the meeting rooms.
- Liaising with travel companies to arrange travel and local hotels to arrange accommodation for overseas associates
- Booking Taxis with local taxi company
- Booking Train tickets via a travel company or online
- Uploading all details to associates' calendars
- Booking in and out of the pool car
- Booking car charging stations for associates
- Any other ad-hoc Duties
 What You Bring:
- Experience: previous experience in an Office/Facilities Assistant roleÂ
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
