- Up to £36,920 per annum (£142 per day PAYE)
- Initial contract until 30th June 2025 but subject to budget can be up to 18-months
- Hybrid role working 3 days per week in Reading and 2 days remote working
Working for one of the biggest technology brands we are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrator to join one of their global teams.
This is a temporary contract role starting ASAP with an initial end date of 30th June 2025 but subject to performance and budget this can extend to a full 18-months.
The role is paying up to £36,920 per annum and working a hybrid model with 3 days a week working on-site in Reading and 2 days remotely. Working a 40 hour week.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be a proven high-performer. Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality is paramount. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and people simultaneous, handle a high-pressure environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and work discretion when working with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- As a Business Administrator you will operate in a variety of capacities working with senior leaders and their teams demonstrating excellence in administrative functions
- Procurement of Goods & Services - order hardware, peripherals, office supplies, reference materials, facility requests, and new hire setup
- Onboarding/Offboarding - Perform end-to-end setup of new hires and vendors
- Manage shipping models out for the team domestic and international (runner for the team)
- Space Management & Office Moves
- Manage distributions lists, security groups, and Teams channels
- Work with morale committee to drive team morale events, specifically in a hybrid work environment
- Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, trip preparation and expense reporting

Skills and experience required:
- The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a cool and focused persona while being able to accommodate different work styles
- The right candidate will have strong planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- 1+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage highly sensitive business and/or personal matters with tact and the utmost confidentiality
- Being proactive and a strong team player
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 25 pounds
