Duties include

  • Answering phone calls, dealing with customer queries, allocating jobs to technicians, diary management
  • Entering details of customers and jobs onto a computer via Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • General admin/office duties.

Training

Relevant training will be given on-the-job

Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We are looking for

  • The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
  • They must have an eye for detail.
  • They must be efficient, organised and able to multi-task. Previous office experience would be advantageous.
  • Computer skills are essential however trainign will be given to the system we use.
