Assistant Site Manager Social Housing / Decent Homes
Location: Berkshire
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Basic Salary), Car Allowance

What Youll Be Doing- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in scheduling and managing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Team Supervision: Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Inspections & Recommendations: Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, providing design input and facilitating smooth handovers.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, maintaining organized records for efficient project management.
- Financial Oversight: Manage job packs to support timely invoicing and cash flow control.
Must-Haves:
- Experience with Decent Homes/ Social Housing Internal or External Refurbishment.
- Relevant certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, and Scaffold Inspections.
- A full UK driving license.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Background in social housing (Internal or External Maintenance) for a Tier 1 Contractor.
- Experience with kitchen refurbishments within Decent Homes programs.
