What Youll Be Doing
  • Project Planning & Execution: Assist in scheduling and managing projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Inspections & Recommendations: Conduct pre- and post-work inspections, providing design input and facilitating smooth handovers.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, maintaining organized records for efficient project management.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage job packs to support timely invoicing and cash flow control.
What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Experience with Decent Homes/ Social Housing Internal or External Refurbishment.
  • Relevant certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, and Scaffold Inspections.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Background in social housing (Internal or External Maintenance) for a Tier 1 Contractor.
  • Experience with kitchen refurbishments within Decent Homes programs.
