Requirements for applicants:
- Live within a commutable distance of our office in Oxfordshire
- A good understanding of operational duties and logistics
- A strong knowledge of water hygiene, treatment and remedial tasks
- Great communication, teamwork and organisational skills essential.
- Working knowledge of computer packages, systems and software
- Proven minimum 5 year record or work history within a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing mobile engineers and the day-to-day functionality of the operations department
- Overseeing the works booking process to ensure minimal lead times and ongoing compliance * Management of warehouse, fleet, chemical and equipment stocks
- Carrying out regular reviews of the department and reporting directly to directors * Involvement with new engineer and operational staff recruitment processes
- Implementation and management of existing and new processes
- Reporting directly to directors and taking an active role in the forward direction of the business
