Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a small team of engineers throughout installation and commissioning.
Oversee the deployment and client approval of control systems within a nuclear facility.
Ensure compliance with stringent nuclear site safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Manage subcontractors handling EC&I installation tasks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project standards.
Conduct safety assessments, develop procedural documentation, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing detailed updates on progress and key milestones.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure successful project completion.
Offer technical support for electrical installations, testing, and system commissioning.
Analyze customer requirements and perform on-site evaluations to facilitate accurate system design specifications.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

HND/Degree in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) or related discipline.
Certifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Certification
CSCS Black Manager Card
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Completed CDM Training (or relevant working experience)
IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred
Experience:
Strong EC&I or Commissioning background with nuclear industry experience.
Demonstrable track record in delivering nuclear solutions on-site, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Previous experience working on nuclear-licensed sites preferred.
Ability to fault-find electrical circuits and perform test and inspection activities.
Other Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Active DV or SC Clearance
