Location: Commutable to Reading (hybrid working)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer HVAC Products will involve:

Pre-Sales Engineer position providing technical support to sales team, contractors and M&E consultants for all queries relating to HVAC products such as:AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps
Offering support to the sales team in order to generate accurate quotations and specifications
Responding to pre-installation questions from the client
Liaising with factories, technical, contracts and sales teams on a regular basis
Sizing of residential heat pumps whether whole house or room by room
Attending regular product training to stay up to date with the companys product range

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer HVAC Products experience with:

Must have technical knowledge of HVAC products

Knowledge of AHUs, fan coils, chillers and heat pumps would be highly advantageous

Ideally will have a qualification in refridgeration / air conditioning

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

IT literate (Microsoft Office & CRM systems)
